As the President of the Jordan Pharmacists Association (JPhA) and CEO of Rawhi Group Pharmacies, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the profession of pharmacy and contributing to the broader healthcare landscape in Jordan
A proud graduate of Al-Ahllyya Amman University, where he earned his degree in Pharmacy, Dr. Al-Kilani laid a strong academic foundation that sparked a lifelong passion for the field. He further strengthened his expertise by pursuing an MBA, which equipped him with the strategic and managerial expertise needed to lead both professional organizations and thriving businesses. Throughout his career, Dr. Al-Kilani has been a steadfast advocate for elevating the role of pharmacists in patient care. Under his leadership, the 3PhA has partnered with key stakeholders-including Bayer Middle East-to deliver workshops that enhance pharmacists patient engagement and communication skills. He has also taken a firm stand on the financial and regulatory challenges facing pharmacy owners, working to ensure more sustainable practices across the sector Dr. Al-Kilani credits his formative years at Al-Ahliya Amman University as the cornerstone of his success.
