My professional journey began after graduating from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems. My university education provided the academic foundation upon which I built my career, allowing me to explore diverse industries, develop my professional capabilities, and eventually establish my own company in Dubai.

I began my career in Jordan with Orange Jordan as a Telesales Agent, where I gained valuable experience in customer relations, sales, and business development. I subsequently worked across several industries, including education, aviation, technology, electronics, and supply chain management, with organizations such as SABIS, Royal Jordanian, Specialized Technical Services, Samsung Electronics, and SKM Air Conditioning. These experiences enabled me to develop expertise in operations, logistics, business analysis, sales, and strategic planning, while broadening my understanding of business operations and the requirements for success in different professional environments.

In 2014, I moved to Dubai, where I continued to advance my career through senior roles in sales administration, business analysis, and airport operations with The Emirates Group. These experiences strengthened my capabilities in commercial strategy, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and decision-making, while preparing me for new professional challenges and opportunities.

Committed to continuous learning and professional development, I earned an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Dubai in 2020, with double majors in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and International Business. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at the University of Dubai, focusing on artificial intelligence, innovation strategy, and sustainable business transformation. I believe that lifelong learning and keeping pace with technological developments are essential to professional growth and long-term success.

A defining milestone in my career came in 2023, when I founded The VIP Real Estate, a real estate brokerage in Dubai, where I serve as Founder and CEO. This step allowed me to combine my accumulated experience in business development, management, and strategic planning with my entrepreneurial vision. My responsibilities include leading business development, establishing strategic partnerships, strengthening relationships with local and international investors, and expanding the company's presence in the UAE real estate market.

I am particularly proud of founding my own company, as it marked a transition from working across different organizations and industries to building a business that reflects my vision and ambitions. This experience has required persistence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to building credibility, expanding professional networks, managing operations, and adapting to changes in a competitive market. It has also reinforced my belief that entrepreneurship requires more than a promising idea; it demands a clear vision, sound decision-making, resilience, and a willingness to learn and improve continuously.

Throughout my career, I have encountered challenges that tested my adaptability and determination. Moving between industries required me to acquire new knowledge and adjust to different working environments, while establishing my own company presented the challenge of building a sustainable business in a highly competitive market. I approached these challenges by drawing on my previous experiences, focusing on practical solutions, developing strong professional relationships, and remaining open to new ideas. I have learned that challenges can become valuable opportunities for growth when approached with a positive mindset and a clear sense of direction.
