Mr. Ahmad Al-Sa’di is the Human Resources and Admin Partner of the Doctors Without Borders Organization based in Amman. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in English Translation in 2018 and has been tailoring his career path since then.
Thanks to his English translation studies, he has developed a wide range of skills that contributed to his success as an HR administrative partner at Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières). Mr. Ahmad studied key theories in translation, linguistics, and literature, providing him with a strong foundation to understand the principles and methodologies in his work. Additionally, Mr. Ahmad learned to use translation tools and technological resources, which enhanced his efficiency and accuracy in translation work.
Considering his career path, he transitioned into the field of Human Resources Management where he greatly benefited from his linguistic and communication skills, where they have proven invaluable. Mr. Ahmad effectively applied specialized vocabulary and technical terms in communicating with diverse teams, contributing to efficiently and professionally managing administrative operations. Hence, his comprehensive understanding of team dynamics and strong interpersonal skills have enabled Mr. Al-Sa’di to support the professional and managerial development of employees within the organization.
Not only does he aim to succeed, Mr. Ahmad is aiming to further his educational journey and academic qualifications through obtaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. It is worth noting that Mr. Al-Sa’di is always keen on evolving his interpersonal and professional skills by taking multiple and various courses that would bloom in his career life.
