Abdulrahman Abdulraouf Al-Kayali is a distinguished professional in management, business development, and consultancy, with more than 20 years of professional experience combining engineering expertise, executive leadership, and business development.

 He graduated from Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. He began his professional career at Siemens, where he worked from 2005 to 2010. He initially served as a Sales Engineer before progressing to the positions of Senior Sales Engineer and Acting Sales Manager, gaining extensive experience in sales and business management.

In 2010, he joined GT Medical, where he began as a department manager and subsequently advanced through several management positions before becoming General Manager, further developing his expertise in leadership, management, and business development.

            Since 2019, Al-Kayali has served as Chief Executive Officer of Theta Consulting and Business Development, which operates through branches in Jordan and Saudi Arabia and provides business and digital consultancy services to clients across Europe and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
