Overview

Last year the world has celebrated the 30th anniversary of the birth of the Internet. Internet evolution has made our world truly interconnected and has created a solid base for numerous innovative applications, technologies, products, and services. The Internet has also supported many work environments to become more agile, integrated and connected, such as business, health, education, manufacturing, etc. Electronic business is the use of information and communications technology in performing the daily activities of a business. This use has made the majority of businesses more innovative, accurate, efficient, and effective. As researchers, we have to do more than observing innovations; we should study the electronic business solutions and the technology-enabled business architectures and innovation processes, amongst others. The theme of ICETEB 2020 is to reveal and further explore the interesting link between ICT and the innovative business ecosystem. We invite researchers to submit research papers to ICETEB 2020. The conference will include five tracks namely: the Future of Electronic Business Ecosystem, Social Media and Electronic Business Models, Blockchain Technology and Fintech, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Smart Cities and Digital Transformation. ICETEB 2020 hosts international keynote speakers from top-tier universities such as MIT, University of Reading, IT University of Copenhagen and California State University.
