The Department of Film, Television and Theater Design participates in the activities of the Forum of Government Institutions for Sustainable Development

The Department of Film, Television and Theater Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design / Al-Ahliyya Amman University participated in the inauguration of the Forum of Government Institutions for Sustainable Development, which was launched in Amman on Saturday, 28 Jan 2023 at the Four Seasons Hotel/Amman. The forum was organized by the General Secretariat of the Media and Communication Sector of the League of Arab States, and the Arab Satellite Broadcasting Authority. The inauguration was held under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Faisal Al-Shboul, Minister of Government Communication, and His Excellency the Assistant Secretary-General, Head of the Media and Communication Sector at the League of Arab States, Ambassador Ahmed Rashid Khattabi. Dr. Karim Fadel, Head of the Department of Film, Television and Theater Design, participated in the activities of the forum, accompanied by a group of students of the department, namely Joud Naim Shammout, Raghad Hajem Al-Nasser, Saba Ishaq Abu Khalifa, Rayan Mustafa Juwaifel, Sanad Muhammad Barghout, and Muhammad Mamoun Kilani, who were part of the organizing committee of the forum. This participation comes within the framework of activating the memorandum of understanding signed by the university with the Arab Satellite Broadcasting Authority this year, and in order to encourage the department's students to participate in community service activities, and to enhance communication with community institutions related to the fields of the specialization.
