Workshop on decision-making at Arab Bank in the Business School of Al-Ahliyya Amman University

As part of the activities of the Business School at the University related to linking academic education with the practical reality in the Jordanian market, a lecture was held (for students of the Consumer Behavior Course for Dr. Ghaith Al-Torjman) on how to study and analyze consumer behavior for current and potential customers of the Arab Bank, presented by Mr. Abdul Aziz Banat, former Branch Manager at Arab Bank, in which he discussed many decisions related to the services provided by the bank and the scientific foundations of making these decisions based on the study and analysis of the behavior of the Jordanian consumer. Students interacted with Mr. Abdul Aziz by asking questions and sharing their opinion on Arab Bank's activities and its services available in the market. The meeting was attended by The Head of Marketing Dr. Ahmed Adwan. Finally, a questionnaire was distributed to the students related to the bank's decisions and activities and the questions and inquiries the students had asked the guest
