Team from Al-Ahliyya Amman University Visits Al Jamia Schools Group

Complementing the university's role in spreading tourism awareness in schools among students and teachers, a team from the Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Program of the Business School at Al-Ahliyya Amman University visited Al Jamia Schools Group and provided a detailed explanation for Tawjihi students in both scientific and literary branches on the program of hospitality management and culinary arts and discussed the reality of Jordanian tourism in general and its importance in supporting the economy as it is considered a valuable resource and the second largest contributor to the kingdom's gross domestic product. It is worth mentioning that Al Jamia Schools Group was founded in 1979 by a group of educators to include all the stages of education from kindergarten to high school. And to keep pace with the development in the educational sector, an International Program was introduced in the school in 2015, which resulted in the school including the following programs: Girls High School, Boys High School, Elementary School, Kindergarten and International Program. The school is distinguished by its teaching staff and outstanding management, where during the visit, the university representatives met with Mrs. Nadia Al Hourani, general supervisor of the school, who in turn expressed her thanks and gratitude to the university being the first private university in Jordan.
