Al-Ahliyya Amman University’s Faculty of Architecture and Design participates in the 60th birthday celebrations of H.M. King Abdullah II held at The University of Jordan

The Faculty of Architecture and Design participated in the celebrations of the University of Jordan on the occasion of the 60th birthday of His Majesty King Abdullah II, on Wednesday, 9 March 2022. The participation took place in the form of an art exhibition that included a documentary on the founding of the Kingdom and the achievements realized during the reign of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein in the political, economic, urban and social fields, in addition to displaying the works of the faculty members and the students. The faculty was represented by Dr. Karim Fadel, Head of the Film, Television and Theatre Design Department, Mohammed Ibrahim, the Lab Superintendent of the department, and Graphic Design students Leen Gammoh and Asma’a Al-Habaybeh. Furthermore, students Hamza Abu Hdaib from the Interior Design Departments, and Elias Salsa’a from the Film and Theatre Design Department participated in the Jordanian Universities Choir, in coordination with the Department of Artistic Activity in the Arena Department. This participation confirms the effective presence of the faculty and the university in artistic and cultural activities and to affirm the openness towards local institutions.
