Dr. Musleh Tarawneh, Dean of Faculty of Law in Amman University, meets faculty members

Dr. Musleh Tarawneh, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, met with faculty members at the college on Sunday, 24 October 2021. Dr. Tarawneh welcomed the attendees, as he talked about the creation of the college on the hands of senior professors and its continued approach with the aim of becoming one of the leading law schools, offering outstanding programs at the master's and bachelor's degrees. During his speech, Dr. Tarawneh highlighted some issues, including the need to accommodate and take into account their interrupted face-to-face learning for nearly two years. He also addressed the instructions of integrated e-learning. He also stressed that the university supports the efforts of professors in the field of scientific research and facilitates the process of translating research into English for publication. The university supports the research by master's students and the publication of distinguished ones, as well. In the field of graduate programs, Dr. Tarawneh talked about the increasing number of students enrolled in the Criminal Law and Arbitration of Construction Contracts Programs, in which institutions, ministries, and judges seek to enroll. He discussed the efforts exerted by the college over the past year to obtain the Quality Assurance Certificate issued by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions. He stressed the need to integrate students and motivate them to participate in local and international competitions with different objectives and topics, and also to promote extracurricular activities in the college. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Musleh Tarawneh honored Dr. Mohammed Thneibat for his promotion to the rank of professor.
