Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University receives Certificate of Quality Assurance

With the support of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahliyya Amman University and its President Dr. Maher Al Hourani, and under the supervision and guidance of the President of the University Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, the University added new achievements to its record of accomplishments. After the Faculties of Business, Information Technology, Pharmacy, and Law obtained the Jordanian Quality Assurance Certificate granted by the Jordanian Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the University also received the Jordanian Quality Assurance Certificate through the efforts of the Vice President of the University for Humanitarian Colleges/ Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Nayel Al-Shara’h and members of the faculty's teaching and administrative staff, and with the follow-up of Dr. Iyad Shaaban/ Assistant President for Administrative Affairs / Director of the Administrative And Institutional Development Unit at the University. On this occasion, Prof, Dr. Nayel Al-Shara’h reaffirmed that this new achievement is a new addition to the accomplishments of the college in terms of quality. Several months ago, the departments of English Language and Literature, and English Language and Translation in the college obtained the International Accreditation Certificate from ASIC, with an excellent rating. He added that the college in this academic institution of which we are proud, will remain a glowing beacon of knowledge that strives for excellence in its educational product and a provider to the labor market of everything that is new. Dr. Iyad Shaaban reiterated that the efforts will continue so that all colleges at the university obtain quality assurance certificates issued by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions, thanking the Commission for its continuing efforts to rise with the Jordanian higher education institutions and bring them to a high level of competitiveness.
