AAU Honors the Winning Students in the Late Dr. Ahmed Al-Hourani's Fourth Prize for Reciting & Mastering the Holy Quran for Jordanian University Students

Under the patronage of the AAU President, Prof. Sari Hamdan, the University held a ceremony to honor the winners of the late Dr. Ahmed Al-Hourani’s Fourth Prize for Reciting & Mastering the Holy Qur’an for Jordanian University Students on Tuesday, 6/4/2021. During the ceremony, which was attended by theAAU President, Prof. Sari Hamdan, the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, Mr. Esam Al-Sahaar and the Head of the Department of Student Activities & Clubs, Mr. Ramzi Al-Omairi, the students were handed their certificates and financial prizes. It is worth mentioning that the competition, which was held in two stages via the internet during January 2021, was part of the AAU’s celebrations of the Centennial Founding of the Jordanian State. The results of this competition for the male students’ category were as follows: - Muhammad Rayan from Al-AlBayt University won the first place. - Ismail Al-Qadi from the Applied Sciences Private University won the second place. - Ahmed Luqman from the World Islamic Sciences University won the third place. The results of the competition for the female students’ category were as follows: - Effat Al-Nisa' Bint Abdulhalim from the World Islamic Sciences University won the first place. - Shamsiah Mousa from the Applied Sciences Private University won the second place. - Maysoon Abu Hamra from the Amman Arab University won the third place.
