The Faculty of Engineering at Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) established in 1991 to meet the demand for qualified Engineers both locally and regionally. Since then, more than 3000 engineers have graduated from our faculty and are serving their communities by working in many private corporations and local governments. Some of them even went on and obtained Ph. D degrees from highly reputable universities abroad and are now working in high administrative positions or as faculty members at AAU or other academic institutions. Today, we have more than 1000 students enrolled in five Engineering departments: Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Medical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. We also offer MS degree program in Communications Engineering and in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) which is the first of its kind at the regional level. At our Faculty, we focus on providing excellent academic education by recruiting exceptional faculty members with long academic, as well as industrial, experience. We constantly think about the future and introduce new engineering degree programs that meet the needs of the future. Our efforts focused on providing students with the necessary knowledge and experience that enable them to compete in the labor market of the 21st century. Thank you for your visit, I would like to invite you to visit our University website to learn more about Faculty of Engineering and the academic programs.
