Al-Ahliyya Amman University Celebrates the 76th Anniversary of the Independence of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
Under the auspices of Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University held a national celebration to mark the 76th anniversary of the independence of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Sunday, 22 May 2022.The university began its celebration of this occasion, which is dear to the hearts of all Jordanians, with a march from the university gate to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (central university) accompanied by musical performances of the Public Security Directorate (PSD).Theatrical performances were also presented by the police theater troupe and the PSD Choir under the title The Jordanian Hashemite March Continues, which reflects the centenary of the Jordanian state since the first bullet was fired and the reign of King Abdullah The Founder, the establishment of the Emirate of Eastern Jordan and the issuance of the Jordanian Constitution and the reign of King Hussein The Builder and the reign of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein The Reinforcer, and the political, economic and social achievements witnessed by the Jordanian state along with its renowned stability, making the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan An impregnable fortress and a safe refuge for all those seeking freedom, stability and independence.This celebration comes which was organized by Al-Ahliyya Amman University commemorates the kingdom's independence, which is one of the most important national events because of its lofty values and noble goals, and to establish among students the importance of sacrifice made by all members of the security services and the people of Jordan in defending our homeland.Deans of faculties, department and unit directors, faculty and administrative staff and a large number of university students participated in the ceremony. May God protect Jordan our homeland, the King and the people under His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, may God save him and his crown prince, His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II.
